History of Noagaon Union
The Noagaon Union was formed in 1945 during the British rule. At that time the chairman of the union was called the village president. Pakistan in 1950
During the rule, the post of village president was declared the post of union chairman. At present Noagaon Union Parishad is made up of 14 small and big villages. In the past, most of the villages in the Noagaon Union were dominated by Hindus. At present Noagaon Union has become brilliant in education, culture, agriculture and sports.
In order to involve the people through information technology, the government has taken a project called Union Information and Service Center in this union to implement Digital Bangladesh or Vision-2021. The people of this region can access admissions and results in e-mails, various schools, colleges, madrasas through internet.
With the availability of information technology services to the masses, the rural masses no longer have to travel to distant places. Besides, by providing various facilities, the Union Parishad will be glorified in its own glory.
